Jump Analysis using Force Plates is a well known benchmark method for measuring the muscle performance of an athlete. Hawkin Dynamics Force Plates measure how quickly you can develop force (jumping) and how quickly you can absorb force (landing).
From the data collected from each jump, over 60 parameters are calculated in seconds so you can quickly identify your individual athlete or group training requirements. Bespoke training programs can then be easily created.
The goal of Hawkin Dynamics is to make biomechanics data accessible to coaches and athletes at every level of sport. Our simplified workflow and natural-approach to testing is designed to reduce the challenges coaches face when implementing and maintaining a successful athlete monitoring program.
